The HTPC Has Arrived...

...well most of it has anyway.

I received three boxes from UPS yesterday while I was at work which was a great surprise to come home to. I was super excited but then I realized that I was missing a box. Quickly I fired up the laptop to see what was in that one missing box. Turns out it was the power supply for the new computer. The one part I needed in order to get the computer working didn't show up. So that was kind of a bummer for me. Checking the tracking information this morning I see my lonely power supply is somewhere in Iowa and on it's way to Wisconsin. Sadly I'll have to wait to put this new computer together until next week when I have some time. On the plus side I did notice that one box looked like it had been kicked by a gorilla a few times along the way. Good thing there isn't anything breakable in there....oh wait. That could be bad.
