I wasn't expecting anything in return but to my surprise I did get an email from them sometime yesterday.I recently ordered a veggie sub from your Madison State St. store and found
the size of your tomatoes to be sad to say the least.http://crappylogoproductions.blogspot.com/You better try harder Jimmy John'sBrad
P.S. Other than that the food was good and the staff was kick ass. :)
Bradley,
Thank you for taking the time to write. I am sorry to hear of your poor experience and hope we have another chance to earn your trust and business back. We take your feedback very seriously and will be sending a franchise consultant to this store to work with the owner and operators on the quality of their tomatoes. We will make sure any issues are corrected immediately.
Thanks again for writing.
Kelly
OK first I want to say I love Jimmy John's subs. They are usually very fresh and the staff at Jimmy John's is usually quite friendly and helpful. In fact for a few months Jacque even worked at Jimmy John's. Despite my love for Jimmy John's this email just kind of seems to me like I was brushed off for my bad experience. Sure they say they will send someone out but that seems highly unlikely to me. Who knows maybe it will happen but if they really wanted to earn my trust and business back don't you think they would be a little more sincere in their email? I don't know maybe I'm reading to much into it but it just sounds a bit to insincere to me. In February of this year we had a bad experience with Little Caesars. Like this issue it wasn't a big deal but we got three free pizzas and three free orders of crazy bread out of the deal. Now I don't want any free stuff. In fact that is the last thing I want right now. What I would like from Jimmy John's is a email that doesn't sound like "sorry, we'll look into it."
"You better try harder Jimmy John's."
