Winter Weather
With winter weather in full swing here in Madison the windshield wipers on your car become a very important part of your drive. You see the salt and snow combine into a mist that hits your windshield and becomes a white film of crap that needs to be cleaned off regularly. Sadly for me my driver side wipers stopped working last night on my drive home. This makes driving around town a nightmare of smeared windows and poor visibility. Lucky for me Jacque has most of the day off work so I could take her car to work today. Tonight when I get home I get to mess around with a busted windshield wiper in the dark. To top it off it should be around 5 degrees outside by that point. Which brings me to the point I wanted to make with this post. Why is it that whenever my car has problems it is always when it is very cold outside? Last time I had to replace a headlight it was 20 below. Last flat tire was in the middle of a blizzard. I guess I'm just lucky. Hopefully I'm lucky enough to fix my windshield wiper quickly before my fingers freeze off my hands.
