I saw this online and the first thing that came to mind was "Oh My God! I need one of those!"
After I took a minute to shake off my consumer urges I took a longer look at the design of this transforming chair. First thing I want to say is that it still looks very cool. I like the idea but in practice it just won't work very well. Sure on carpet it will be fine but if you have hardwood floors the hand rests will be all scratched up from rocking. The first time you flip it over into just chair mode you will realize the scratched up armrests make the chair look crappy.
In the end I'll pass on this for two reasons.
1) I have no room for it in my tiny house
2) I've never been sitting in a rocking chair and though to myself, "Damn I wish this was just a chair."
