Nightmares in the Flesh

Joshua Hoffine is someone I have never met and more than likely will never meet. It is with this knowledge that I am happy. Now by saying something like that you immediately think that Joshua Hoffine is a really messed up individual that you would want to stay away from. A criminal matermind or a serial killer perhaps. The truth is he is a photographer. I must say that I have no idea what kind of person Joshua. In fact he could be a very kind and gentile soul. Having seen Joshua's photography I can also tell he is a gifted photographer that should be honored. But if he takes picture how I hope he does then I don't want to be around him. Perhaps I should show you one of his pictures.


Now you see when I think about that picture I have a scenario that pops into my mind of Joshua getting everything all set up. The lighting is perfect, the makeup is just right and his camera gear is all set to go. I next picture Joshua taking a few shots of the girl and then yelling "NOW!" as hands rip up from the floor and pull his unknowing model into the floor.

I would bet he doesn't take pictures like that but just imagine if you know a guy like that. Every time he had a camera in his hands you would be on edge about some monster around the corner. Luckly for us most of his pictures are of kids nightmares which makes the above scene all the more frightening for the traumatized little ones. You can see all his photography work here.
