Buying a House

So recently I stated to look into buying a house. Over the past few weeks I found out a few interesting things about the housing market in Madison.

#1 - The average house sold in Madison sells for $240,000.

#2 - There are over 2,300 houses for sale in Madison.

#3 - I was pre-approved for a $100,000 housing loan.

#4 - Of the 2,300 houses for sale in Madison, 32 are for sale at or around $100,000.

Looking at those numbers it's not looking to promising that I end up with a house before I have to move out of my apartment in May.
