On Sunday Jacque and I went out with a realtor to check out a bunch of houses. We ended up looking at nine of them in total and after looking at that many houses in such a short amount of time they all start to look the same. So if you are trying to sell a house I have a few words of advice for you.
Giant penis statues and fresh baked cookies.
A house that smells like fresh baked cookies and is filled with giant penis statues will not be easily forgotten. No matter how much it looks like the other eight houses you see that day it will be 100% memorable. Sadly for us no one had fresh baked cookies or giant penis statues so we are left scratching our heads trying to figure out which houses we liked for what reasons.
