On our first of many trips from Madison to Rockford we saw a helicopter flying very low to the ground just outside of Rockford. At first I thought it was a medical helicopter and I was hoping no one was hurt to badly. We came up to a hill and the helicopter disappeared behind it as Jacque said something like, "We're going to catch right up to that thing." As we crested the hill we spotted the helicopter swoop down and land on top of a truck on the side of the road. It was an old Army helicopter outfitted with spray rigs for spraying crops. The coolest part was that they guy flying the thing just waved us on and we were able to drive right under it and feel it's down draft. I was also able to snap this picture with my phone.
Definitely not something you see everyday.
